NRN Back 2 Nepal Investment Company

NRN Back 2 Nepal Investment Company Pvt. Limited

As Ample Associates grows globally, we want our community to grow with us, especially the people who have used our services and have known us for a decade. Back2Nepal gives them a way to invest in our projects.

When we accept investment from our investor friends, we prepare the legal documents required by the Government of Nepal or the UK Government, and provide the documents needed for investment assurance.

When an investment opportunity opens, we publish it on our news portal, where you can fill in the form to register.

Clear answers for investors.

How do I invest in a project in Nepal through Ample?

Explore the opportunities on this site and contact the team. If a project fits, you receive project information, carry out due diligence with your own advisers, and only then decide whether to enter into any agreement.

What is NRN Back 2 Nepal Investment Company?

It is Ample Associates' investment company, operating from Kathmandu since 2025. It gives people who know Ample, especially former clients who have known us for a decade, a way to invest in Ample Associates projects in Nepal and the UK. Legal documents are prepared under the rules of the Government of Nepal or of the UK, as applicable.

Does contacting Ample commit me to anything?

No. An enquiry or conversation is not an investment commitment and does not create any agreement.

Is there a minimum investment?

Through NRN Back 2 Nepal Investment Company, the minimum investment is NPR 5 lakh (NPR 500,000). Individual projects may set their own terms, and whether you can take part depends on your citizenship and residence, so take independent advice.

Can I invest online through this website?

No. This website provides information only. It does not accept payments or process investments.

Are returns guaranteed?

No. All investment and property involves risk, including the loss of money invested. Ample does not publish or promise guaranteed returns.

Why are some figures marked 'to be confirmed'?

Because we only publish figures we can stand behind. Where information is still being verified, we say so rather than show a number that may change.

How do I get more project information?

Contact the team through the Contact page. Some documents are shared only after an initial conversation.

How is my personal information used?

Only to respond to your enquiry. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Questions worth asking, of us and of anyone

We encourage independent review. Ask for documents, not assurances.

Read the risk disclosure
  • Who legally owns the land or project company?
  • Which approvals are granted, and which are only applied for?
  • What structure would you hold, and what rights does it give you?
  • How are costs estimated, and what contingency is included?
  • How and when could you exit, and what could stop that?
  • Are there any related-party interests you should know about?
